Virgin Lavender Mojito Recipe is a refreshing alcohol-free mocktail made with fresh mint, lime juice, homemade lavender syrup, and sparkling water for a light and floral drink.

  • 810 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) fresh lime juice
  • 1 ounce lavender simple syrup
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional garnish: lime slices, mint sprigs, edible lavender buds
  • For Lavender Syrup:
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dried culinary lavender

Instructions

  1. Prepare lavender syrup by heating water and sugar in a saucepan until dissolved. Add lavender, simmer for 3–4 minutes, then steep for 10 minutes. Strain and cool.
  2. In a glass, add mint leaves and fresh lime juice. Gently muddle to release flavors.
  3. Add 1 ounce lavender syrup and stir gently.
  4. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  5. Top with sparkling water and stir lightly to combine.
  6. Garnish with mint sprig, lime slice, and edible lavender if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use only culinary-grade lavender.
  • Do not over-steep lavender to prevent bitterness.
  • Adjust sweetness by increasing or decreasing syrup.
  • Add sparkling water just before serving to maintain fizz.
  • Lavender syrup can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
