  • 10 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream (optional)
  • 3/4 cup bell peppers, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup cucumber, finely diced
  • 3/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup fresh spinach or lettuce, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (dill, parsley, or chives)
  • Optional: 3/4 cup shredded cheese
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt or sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and herbs until smooth.
  2. Finely chop all vegetables for easy rolling.
  3. Lay tortillas flat and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly across each one.
  4. Sprinkle vegetables evenly over each tortilla.
  5. Add optional cheese or seasoning if desired.
  6. Roll each tortilla tightly into a log shape.
  7. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1–2 hours.
  8. Remove from fridge and unwrap.
  9. Slice into 1-inch pinwheels using a sharp knife.
  10. Arrange on a plate and serve immediately.
