Ingredients

  • 4 cups pineapple juice (fresh or 100% pure canned)
  • 1 can (12 oz) lemonade concentrate, thawed or 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 23 tbsp sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes (as needed)
  • 1 lemon, sliced for garnish
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks for garnish
  • Fresh mint leaves (a few sprigs for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine pineapple juice and lemonade concentrate. Stir gently until fully blended.
  2. Add cold water and mix well. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding sugar.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill and let the flavors blend.
  4. Before serving, add ice cubes, lemon slices, pineapple chunks, and mint leaves.
  5. Serve cold in glasses or a punch bowl and enjoy your refreshing tropical drink.
