Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Wash tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, and herbs thoroughly.
  2. Chop tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Slice cucumbers and onion thinly.
  4. Whisk olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, and garlic.
  5. Add vegetables and herbs to bowl.
  6. Pour dressing over salad.
  7. Toss gently until coated.
  8. Serve immediately or chill 15 minutes.
