Taco Sticks are cheesy, crispy breadsticks filled with seasoned taco meat and melted cheese, perfect for snacks, parties, or quick meals.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tube pizza dough or refrigerated dough
  • 8 mozzarella or cheddar cheese sticks
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and water, stirring until thickened.
  4. Roll out dough and cut into equal rectangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of taco meat and a cheese stick onto each piece.
  6. Fold dough over filling and press edges tightly to seal.
  7. Place Taco Sticks on baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
  8. Sprinkle garlic powder and parsley on top.
  9. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Cool slightly and serve warm.
