Taco Spaghetti is a rich, cheesy fusion dish combining seasoned ground beef, pasta, and bold taco flavors for a quick and satisfying meal.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 12 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Optional: bell peppers, jalapeños, corn, black beans, sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain fat.
  3. Add onion and garlic and cook until softened.
  4. Stir in taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and tomato sauce and simmer for 5–7 minutes.
  5. Add cooked spaghetti and mix until fully coated.
  6. Top with shredded cheese, cover, and let it melt.
