A refreshing, healthy, and vibrant Summer Peach Fruit Salad made with fresh peaches, berries, pomegranate seeds, basil, lime juice, and honey. Perfect for BBQs, brunch, or a light summer snack.

Ingredients

  • 4 large ripe yellow peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • ¾ cup blueberries
  • Seeds from 1 medium pomegranate
  • 6 large basil leaves, cut into ribbons
  • 12 teaspoons honey
  • ½ lime, juiced

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the peaches into wedges.
  2. Rinse the blackberries and blueberries, then pat them dry.
  3. De-seed the pomegranate and set aside the seeds.
  4. Combine peaches, blackberries, blueberries, and pomegranate seeds in a large bowl.
  5. Add basil ribbons, drizzle with honey and lime juice.
  6. Toss gently with tongs until evenly coated.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Use firm but ripe peaches for best texture.
  • Add basil just before serving to keep its color fresh.
  • Swap honey with maple syrup to make it vegan.
  • Store in an airtight container for 2–4 days in the refrigerator.
