Strawberry lasagna is a creamy, no-bake layered dessert with a buttery crust, cheesecake layer, and fluffy strawberry topping that’s perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed Golden Oreos or graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 16 oz whipped topping, divided
  • 1 package (3 oz) strawberry gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into a baking dish.
  2. Chill crust for 15–20 minutes.
  3. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Fold in half of whipped topping.
  5. Spread cream mixture evenly over crust.
  6. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and cool slightly.
  7. Fold in remaining whipped topping and strawberries.
  8. Spread strawberry layer over cream layer.
  9. Top with remaining whipped topping.
  10. Refrigerate for 4–6 hours or overnight until set.
  11. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Chill each layer for best results.
  • Use softened cream cheese for smooth texture.
  • Do not overmix layers to keep them fluffy.
  • Store in refrigerator up to 4 days.
  • Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
