Instructions

  1. Crush cookies and freeze-dried strawberries, then mix with melted butter.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and strawberry jam.
  4. Whip heavy cream to soft peaks and fold into mixture.
  5. Dip cone rims in melted white chocolate and crumbs if desired.
  6. Pipe cheesecake filling into cones.
  7. Add diced strawberries between layers.
  8. Top with more filling and strawberry crunch topping.
  9. Chill 20 to 30 minutes before serving.
