Instructions

  2. Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  3. Add egg and vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Combine dry and wet ingredients until dough forms.
  6. Fold in crushed strawberries.
  7. Scoop dough, flatten, and place cream cheese filling in center.
  8. Seal dough around filling completely.
  9. Bake at 350°F for 12–15 minutes.
