Roast Beef Sliders are cheesy baked mini sandwiches made with tender roast beef, melted provolone cheese, buttery slider buns, and savory seasonings. Perfect for parties, game days, potlucks, and family dinners.

  • 1 pound thinly sliced deli roast beef
  • 12 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional)
  • 1/2 cup caramelized onions (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Slice slider buns horizontally while keeping them connected.
  4. Place the bottom buns into the baking dish.
  5. Layer half of the provolone cheese over the buns.
  6. Spread roast beef evenly over the cheese.
  7. Add caramelized onions if desired.
  8. Top with remaining provolone cheese.
  9. Place the top buns over the filling.
  10. Mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, and black pepper.
  11. Brush the butter mixture generously over the buns.
  12. Cover loosely with aluminum foil.
  13. Bake for 20 minutes.
  14. Remove foil and bake an additional 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown.
  15. Allow to cool for 3 minutes.
  16. Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
