Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping or whipped cream
  • Red food coloring or strawberry puree
  • Blue food coloring or blueberry puree
  • Crushed graham crackers (optional)
  • Fresh strawberries (optional)
  • Blueberries (optional)
  • Sprinkles (optional)
  • Vanilla wafer crumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla and mix well.
  3. Fold in whipped topping gently.
  4. Divide mixture into three bowls.
  5. Add red and blue coloring to two portions.
  6. Layer blue, white, and red mousse in serving cups.
  7. Add optional graham cracker or fruit layers.
  8. Chill for at least 2–3 hours.
  9. Garnish and serve chilled.
