Instructions

  1. Mash some raspberries with raspberry jam and set aside.
  2. Beat mascarpone cheese until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon zest.
  4. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  5. Fold whipped cream gently into the mascarpone mixture.
