  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
  • Optional Garnishes:
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Whipped cream
  • Fresh raspberries
  • Mint leaves
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the peaches, raspberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla. Transfer to a greased baking dish.
  3. Combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in the cold butter until crumbly.
  4. Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the fruit.
  5. Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
  6. Cool for 15 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm peaches.
  • Keep the butter cold for a crisp topping.
