Ranch Potatoes are crispy roasted potatoes coated with savory ranch seasoning and baked until golden brown, creating a flavorful side dish that pairs perfectly with countless meals.

  • 2 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon crumbles (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
  • Sour cream for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut potatoes into evenly sized pieces.
  3. Pat potatoes completely dry.
  4. Place potatoes in a large bowl.
  5. Add olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Toss until evenly coated.
  7. Spread potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  8. Roast for 35 to 40 minutes, turning halfway through.
  9. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese during the final 5 minutes if desired.
  10. Remove from oven and garnish with bacon, parsley, and green onions.
  11. Serve immediately.
