Pumpkin Pie Dip is a fluffy, no-bake fall dessert made with just 5 ingredients. It’s creamy, spiced, and perfect for serving with cookies, fruit, and more during holidays or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree (canned or fresh)
  • 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix (dry mix only)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, dry vanilla pudding mix, milk, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping gently until fully combined and the mixture becomes fluffy and light orange.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  4. Serve with your choice of dippers such as cookies, graham crackers, or apple slices. Optionally, garnish with extra pumpkin spice or cinnamon.

Notes

  • Chill for at least an hour to firm up the texture.
  • Substitute milk with vanilla yogurt for a lighter option.
  • Add cream cheese for a cheesecake-style dip.
  • Use homemade whipped cream for a richer flavor.
  • Do not freeze the dip—freezing changes the texture.
