A refreshing fall-inspired drink, the Pumpkin Chai Iced Latte with Creamy Pumpkin Foam blends spicy chai tea with sweet pumpkin cold foam, delivering a cozy, café-style experience in minutes at home.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chai tea concentrate
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (e.g., 2%, oat, almond)
  • Ice, as needed
  • 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp canned pumpkin purée
  • 1 tbsp vanilla syrup
  • 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. Add the pumpkin foam ingredients (heavy cream, milk, pumpkin purée, vanilla syrup, pumpkin pie spice) to a mason jar or frothing cup.
  2. Froth using a handheld frother for 10–20 seconds until creamy and fluffy. Set aside.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  4. Pour 1/2 cup chai tea concentrate and 1/2 cup milk over the ice. Stir to combine.
  5. Spoon the pumpkin cold foam on top of the chai mixture.
  6. Optionally sprinkle more pumpkin pie spice on top and serve with a straw.

Notes

  • Use barista-style oat milk for a creamier dairy-free version.
  • Freeze leftover pumpkin purée in ice cube trays for future use.
  • Add a shot of espresso for a ‘dirty’ chai latte variation.
