Pizza Sliders are cheesy pull-apart baked sandwiches made with soft rolls, pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and a flavorful garlic butter topping. Perfect for parties, family dinners, and game day gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 20 slices pepperoni
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese for topping
  • Optional: cooked sausage, mushrooms, peppers, onions, olives

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Slice rolls horizontally while keeping them connected.
  4. Place the bottom half into the baking dish.
  5. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the rolls.
  6. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  7. Layer pepperoni evenly.
  8. Add remaining mozzarella cheese.
  9. Place the top half of the rolls over the filling.
  10. Mix melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
  11. Brush generously over the tops of the rolls.
  12. Cover with aluminum foil.
  13. Bake for 20 minutes.
  14. Remove foil and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
  15. Allow to rest for 5 minutes.
  16. Slice into individual sliders.
  17. Serve warm.

  • Do not overfill with sauce to prevent soggy sliders.
