Pink Lemonade Cocktail is a refreshing, alcohol-free drink made with fresh lemon juice, natural fruit puree, and sparkling water for a vibrant and fruity summer beverage.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 46 lemons)
  • 3 cups cold filtered water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup warm water (for simple syrup)
  • 1/4 cup strawberry or raspberry puree (or cranberry juice)
  • 2 cups chilled sparkling water (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional garnish: lemon slices, fresh berries, mint leaves

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine sugar and 1 cup warm water. Heat gently until sugar dissolves to create simple syrup. Let cool.
  2. In a large pitcher, mix freshly squeezed lemon juice and 3 cups cold water.
  3. Add the fruit puree or cranberry juice and stir well to create the pink color.
  4. Gradually add simple syrup to taste, stirring after each addition.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill.
  6. Before serving, stir in sparkling water if desired.
  7. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices, berries, or mint.
