  • 2 cups ripe mango, diced

  • 12 jalapeños, seeded and minced
  • 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 avocado, diced (optional)
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper (optional)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel, core, and dice pineapple and mango into small cubes.
  2. Finely chop red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, and bell pepper.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  4. Add lime juice, salt, and honey if using, then mix gently.
  5. Let the salsa sit for 15–30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
  6. Add diced avocado just before serving if desired.
