Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled (226g)
  • 1½ cups creamy no-stir peanut butter, divided (396g)
  • 1¾ cups powdered sugar (210g)
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs (240g)
  • 1½ cups semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips (270g)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 or 9×9-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter and 1¼ cups peanut butter. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add powdered sugar and mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Fold in graham cracker crumbs until the mixture is evenly combined.
  5. Press the mixture evenly into the lined dish and refrigerate.
  6. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with the remaining ¼ cup peanut butter, stirring every 30–40 seconds until smooth.
  7. Pour the chocolate mixture over the chilled peanut butter layer and smooth it out.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  9. Cut into squares using a warm knife for clean edges and serve.

Notes

  • Always use no-stir peanut butter to avoid crumbly texture.
  • Line the dish with parchment paper for easy lifting and clean slicing.
  • Use a hot knife for clean cuts through the chocolate layer.
  • Store bars in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
  • Bars can be frozen for up to 3 months.
