Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
  2. Place Oreo cookies into a food processor.
  3. Pulse until fine crumbs form.
  4. Transfer crumbs to a large mixing bowl.
  5. Add softened cream cheese.
  6. Mix until fully combined and smooth.
  7. Use a cookie scoop to portion the mixture.
  8. Roll into 1-inch balls.
  9. Place Oreo balls on the prepared tray.
  10. Freeze for 20 to 30 minutes until firm.
  11. Melt white chocolate according to package directions.
  12. Remove chilled Oreo balls from the freezer.
  13. Dip each Oreo ball into the melted white chocolate.
