Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  3. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
