  • 3/4 cup cornstarch

  • 1 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
  • 1 tsp grated ginger (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and pat dry.
  2. Coat chicken evenly with cornstarch.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook chicken in batches until golden brown and fully cooked.
  5. In a bowl, mix orange marmalade, barbecue sauce, and soy sauce.
  6. Heat sauce in a pan and stir until slightly thickened.
  7. Add garlic, ginger, and chili flakes if using.
  8. Add cooked chicken to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  9. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until sauce sticks to chicken.
  10. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
