8 ct box Kellogg’s Rice Krispies Treats or premade Rice Krispies Treats
White fondant
Wilton Edible Food Writers (blue, red, black)
Powdered sugar (for dusting)
White frosting
2 ″x1.75″ rectangular cookie cutter
Wilton Apple icing decorations
Toothpicks or ruler
Unwrap each premade Rice Krispies Treat and discard the wrappers.
Roll out white fondant to about 1/8″ thick on a surface dusted with powdered sugar.
Use the rectangular cookie cutter to cut out fondant pieces to fit the top of the treats.
Spread a thin layer of white frosting on each treat and place a fondant rectangle on top.
Use a ruler and edible food writers to draw horizontal blue lines and a single vertical red line to mimic notebook paper.
Add apple icing decorations or write names/messages using the black edible pen.
Let treats dry for 30 minutes before serving or packaging.
