Instructions

  1. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Place egg whites in a clean mixing bowl.
  3. Beat until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gradually add corn syrup while mixing.

  6. Mix until thick, glossy, and fluffy.
