  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 small onion (chopped)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  3. Add cream and chicken broth, then simmer gently.
  4. Stir in cooked chicken and seasoning.
  5. Add spaghetti and mix well with sauce.
