Mimosa Jello Shots are bright, citrusy, and refreshing party treats made with orange juice, sparkling wine, and gelatin, perfect for brunches and celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup champagne or sparkling wine
  • 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon orange liqueur (optional)
  • Whipped cream for garnish (optional)
  • Orange slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pour orange juice into a bowl and sprinkle gelatin over it. Let bloom for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat the mixture gently until gelatin dissolves completely.
  3. Stir in sugar until fully dissolved.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. Add champagne and optional liqueur, stirring gently.
  6. Pour mixture into small cups or molds.
  7. Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours or until firm.
  8. Garnish and serve chilled.

  • Do not boil the gelatin mixture.
  • Allow mixture to cool before adding alcohol.
