  • Cherries (optional)

Instructions

  1. Scoop ice cream into equal-sized balls and place on a baking sheet.
  2. Freeze for 2 to 3 hours until completely firm.
  3. Crush cornflakes and mix with sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  4. Melt butter in a skillet and toast the mixture until golden brown.
  5. Allow the coating to cool completely.
  6. Roll each frozen ice cream ball in the coating, pressing gently.
  7. Repeat coating for a thicker crust if desired.
  8. Return coated ice cream to the freezer for at least 1 hour.
  9. Serve with toppings and enjoy immediately.
