  • 1 jalapeño, diced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt

  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Shred cabbage and prepare all vegetables.
  2. Add cabbage, carrots, onion, peppers, cilantro, corn, and jalapeño to a large bowl.
  3. Whisk together mayonnaise, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin, honey, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour dressing over vegetables.
