Mexican Casserole is a hearty and cheesy baked dish made with seasoned meat, beans, tortillas, and bold spices, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup black beans, drained
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 6 tortillas or 2 cups tortilla chips
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook ground meat with onion and garlic until browned.
  3. Add taco seasoning, beans, corn, and tomatoes.
