  • 1½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Layers:
  • 1820 ladyfingers
  • Optional Garnishes:
  • Matcha powder
  • White chocolate curls
  • Fresh berries

Instructions

  1. Whisk the matcha powder with hot water until smooth and let cool.
  2. Beat the mascarpone until smooth, then fold in whipped cream mixed with powdered sugar and vanilla.
  3. Quickly dip the ladyfingers into the cooled matcha.
  4. Layer the dipped ladyfingers and mascarpone filling in dessert cups.
  5. Repeat the layers and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Dust with matcha powder and garnish before serving.
