  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F and generously grease a bundt pan.
  2. Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Gradually add flour, alternating with 7 Up soda, mixing gently.
  5. Stir in lemon extract and lemon zest.
