Jalapeño watermelon margaritas are a refreshing, sweet and spicy summer drink made with fresh watermelon, lime, and a hint of jalapeño, perfect for cooling down on hot days.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh watermelon (cubed, seeds removed)
  • 1 small jalapeño (sliced, seeds adjusted to taste)
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 12 tbsp honey or natural sweetener (optional)
  • 1/2 cup cold water or sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: lime wedges for garnish
  • Optional: fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Add cubed watermelon to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Optionally strain the juice for a smoother texture.
  3. Add sliced jalapeño and blend briefly to infuse flavor.
  4. Add lime juice, honey (if using), and water or sparkling water.
  5. Blend again until well combined.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness or spice level as needed.
  7. Fill glasses with ice.
  8. Pour the mixture over ice.
  9. Garnish with lime wedges or mint if desired.
  10. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use ripe watermelon for the best flavor.
