A refreshing and creamy homemade pink drink inspired by Starbucks, made with acai or hibiscus tea, coconut milk, and fresh strawberries. Perfectly customizable, low-calorie, and easy to make at home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 acai or hibiscus tea bag
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 3-4 fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk (full-fat or light)
  • 1-2 teaspoons sweetener of choice (honey, stevia, or simple syrup)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon strawberry or acai syrup for color boost

Instructions

  1. Steep the acai or hibiscus tea bag in 1 cup of hot water for 5 minutes, then remove and allow to cool completely.
  2. Slice 3-4 strawberries and place them in a glass or shaker. Lightly crush to release juices.
  3. Add ice to your glass, then pour in the cooled tea.
  4. Mix in the coconut milk and add sweetener to taste. Stir gently to combine.
  5. Top with extra strawberry slices for garnish.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy your creamy, fruity homemade pink drink.

Notes

  • Always chill the tea before mixing with coconut milk to prevent curdling.
  • For a sugar-free version, use unsweetened coconut milk and stevia.
  • Add a splash of vanilla or berry syrup for extra flavor.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours and shake before serving.
  • Use crushed ice for better flavor distribution.
