Ingredients

  • 16 ounces (2 cups) sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/4 cups chopped dill pickles
  • 2 tablespoons pickle brine
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Finely chop dill pickles, dill, and chives.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix sour cream or Greek yogurt, chopped pickles, pickle brine, dill, and chives.
  3. Season with freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  4. Stir thoroughly until well combined.
  5. Optional: Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to enhance flavor.
  6. Garnish with extra dill and chives before serving.
