  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Toppings: whipped cream, chocolate syrup, fruits, sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  2. Add desired flavorings or mix-ins and stir well.
  3. Pour the mixture onto a flat metal tray.
  4. Spread into a thin, even layer using a spatula.
  5. Freeze for 2–3 hours until completely solid.
  6. Remove from freezer and let sit for 1 minute.
  7. Use a spatula to scrape and roll the ice cream into spirals.
  8. Transfer rolls to a bowl, add toppings, and serve immediately.
