Instructions

  1. Combine mayonnaise, garlic, parsley, and lemon juice in a bowl.

  3. Refrigerate the aioli while preparing the tartines.
  4. Slice heirloom tomatoes into even rounds.
  5. Season tomatoes lightly with sea salt.
