  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix lamb, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion, parsley, salt, pepper, cumin, oregano, and paprika gently.
  2. Do not overmix.
  3. Shape into 1 1/2 inch meatballs.
  4. Bake at 400°F for 18 to 22 minutes, pan fry until browned, or air fry at 390°F for 10 to 12 minutes.
  5. Check internal temperature reaches safe doneness.
  6. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve with sauce or side dishes.
