  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup finely diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta (optional)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated and squeezed dry
  • 1 clove garlic for sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice for sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dill or parsley

Instructions

  1. Mix Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, herbs, salt, and pepper for tzatziki. Chill.
  2. Combine turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and feta.
  3. Mix gently until combined.
  4. Shape into meatballs.
  5. Bake at 400°F for 18 to 22 minutes, pan cook, or air fry until fully cooked.
  6. Serve warm meatballs with chilled tzatziki sauce.
