  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt of choice
  • ½ cup fresh fruit, diced (plus ¾ cup for topping)
  • ¼ cup granola for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with parchment or silicone muffin liners.
  2. Sprinkle about 2 teaspoons of granola into the bottom of each cup.
  3. In a bowl, mash ½ cup of fresh fruit into 1 cup of yogurt using a fork or dough blender.
  4. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt-fruit mixture into each muffin cup.
  5. Tap the pan to even the layers.
  6. Press small fruit pieces into the top of each yogurt layer.
  7. Sprinkle additional granola (optional) on top.
  8. Freeze for 2–4 hours until solid.
  9. Pop out of the liners and enjoy slightly thawed.
