This Frozen Peach Lemonade Slushie is a refreshing summer drink made with ripe peaches, zesty lemon, and a touch of natural sweetener. It’s quick to make, easy to customize, and perfect for both kids and adults.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup honey or agave syrup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3/4 cup freshly-squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 medium peaches, peeled, pitted and diced
  • 1/2 cup white rum (optional)
  • 1/4 cup triple sec (optional)
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine honey and water. Simmer until the honey is dissolved. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  2. Whisk in the lemon juice to create the lemonade base.
  3. In a blender, combine the lemonade base with peaches, rum, triple sec, and ice. Blend until completely smooth.
  4. Reserve 3/4 cup of the blended mixture in the refrigerator.
  5. Pour the remaining mixture into ice cube trays and freeze for 4–6 hours.
  6. Once frozen, add the cubes back into the blender with the reserved 3/4 cup mix and blend until slushie consistency is achieved.
  7. Serve immediately in chilled glasses with garnishes if desired.

Notes

  • Use fresh or frozen peaches depending on availability.
  • To make it non-alcoholic, replace alcohol with orange juice.
  • Serve in pre-chilled glasses to slow down melting.
  • Garnish with mint, lemon slices, or peach wedges for a fancy touch.
  • Store leftover base mix in the fridge for up to 2 days or freeze for later.
