- 1/4 cup hot water
- 3 tablespoons fresh-squeezed lemon juice (from 1 medium-to-large lemon)
- 3/4 cup cold water
- Ice (to fill the glass)
- In a 16-ounce or larger glass, stir together the sugar and hot water until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Add the fresh lemon juice and cold water to the glass and stir well.
