  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 peaches, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk together hot sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, olive oil, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Coat salmon with the sauce.
  3. Prepare salsa by combining peaches, avocado, onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bake or grill salmon until cooked through.
  5. Brush additional glaze on salmon during cooking.
  6. Allow salmon to rest briefly.
  7. Top with peach avocado salsa.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm peaches.
  • Do not overcook the salmon.
  • Add avocado shortly before serving.
