Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Scoop small portions of filling onto a parchment-lined tray and freeze until firm.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  5. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  7. Add eggs one at a time and mix thoroughly.
  8. Mix in vanilla extract.
  9. Add crushed freeze-dried strawberries and strawberry gelatin mix.
  10. Gradually add dry ingredients and mix until combined.
