8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 oz whipped topping
2 cups fresh strawberries (sliced)
3 bananas (sliced)
Optional: 1 cup mini marshmallows
Optional: 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions
In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then mix until creamy.
Gently fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.
Wash and slice strawberries and bananas.
Add fruit to the mixture and gently fold to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Stir gently before serving and add toppings if desired.
Serve chilled.
Notes
Use ripe but firm bananas to avoid mushy texture.
Add bananas just before serving to prevent browning.
