Easy S’mores Bites are quick, gooey, bite-sized treats made with graham crackers, melted chocolate, and marshmallows—perfect for parties or a simple dessert at home.

Ingredients

  • 12 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips or chocolate chunks
  • 12 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin or baking tray.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of each muffin cup to form a base.
  4. Add a layer of chocolate chips or chunks on top of the graham cracker base.
  5. Top generously with mini marshmallows.
  6. Bake for 8–10 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before removing from the pan.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

  • Do not overbake to prevent marshmallows from hardening.
  • Use non-stick spray or liners to make removal easier.
  • Mini marshmallows melt more evenly than large ones.
  • Let the bites cool slightly to help them hold their shape.
  • Reheat in the microwave for 10–15 seconds to restore gooey texture.
