  • 2 tablespoons hot water

Instructions

  2. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  3. Whisk butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla together.
  4. Add flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Mix until combined.
  6. Dissolve espresso powder in hot water.
  7. Mix with sweetened condensed milk.
  8. Spread batter into pan.
  9. Drop spoonfuls of espresso mixture over batter.
  10. Swirl with a knife.
  11. Bake for 28–32 minutes.
  12. Cool completely.
  13. Slice and serve.
