Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the blueberries carefully.
  2. In saucepan, combine blueberries, sugar, and water.
  3. Cook until the blueberries soften and release their juices.
  4. Blend the mixture until completely smooth.
  5. For smoother texture, strain the puree if desired.
  6. Stir in lemon juice and lemon zest.
  7. Refrigerate the mixture until fully chilled.
  8. Transfer the mixture into ice cream maker or freezer-safe container.
  9. Freeze until smooth and scoopable.
  10. Serve topped with fresh blueberries, mint leaves, lemon zest, honey drizzle, coconut flakes, or white chocolate curls.
