- 4 apples or oranges (for basket base)
- 1 cup grapes
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup melon (cantaloupe or honeydew), cubed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Wash all fruits thoroughly.
- Cut apples or oranges in half and scoop out the inside to form basket shapes.
- Chop strawberries, slice kiwi, and cube melon.
- Combine all fruits in a bowl and toss with lemon juice.
- Spoon the fruit mixture into the hollowed fruit bases.
- Create handles using thin fruit slices and attach them to the baskets.
- Chill until ready to serve.
